You’ll leave with a personalized 90-Day LPD Action Plan, clear next steps, and one action you’re committed to taking within 72 hours.

Expected Learning Outcomes 

By the end of Lead It. Plan It. Do It., participants will be able to: 

• Identify at least three intentional leadership practices that strengthen communication, accountability, and staff ownership within a child care program.  

• Evaluate a current leadership challenge and distinguish between issues related to clarity, skills, systems, capacity, accountability, and leadership.  

• Select and define one meaningful 90-day leadership priority for their child care program.  

• Develop a structured 90-day action plan that identifies desired outcomes, action steps, responsibilities, timelines, potential barriers, and measures of progress.
