At Zero to Five Montana we believe in the power of collaboration. Through our Shared Services program, we are uplifting the exchange of ideas among child care providers to create innovative solutions that support both professionals and the families they serve.
These services support high-quality child care and aim to reduce staff turnover and administrative stress. By using shared services, child care programs can operate more efficiently and effectively.
We are in the process of adding to our program but currently our offerings include telehealth, child care substitute solutions and vendor discounts for child care programs. Learn more below and on our Shared Services web page.
TELEHEALTH
The telehealth program is powered by AllyHealth, and is offered for $12 per person per month. AllyHealth offers a number of benefits including a prescription savings program, assistance with legal matters, as well as vacation and financial planning.
SUBSTITUTE SOLUTIONS
We’ve partnered with Alliance Care, a new sub-pool management platform that streamlines the process of finding substitute care. Providers can now request a substitute in under two minutes, and Alliance Care matches shifts based on real-time daily availability and proximity to the facility. Subs also receive instant responses to job requests, making it easier and faster than ever to fill staffing gaps.
We will begin accepting applications for new substitutes soon, so if you or someone you know is looking to support Montana’s child care workforce, we encourage you to apply!
VENDOR DISCOUNTS
We are excited to offer vendor discounts to help child care providers find what they need at a better rate!
From educational materials to discounts on food, we are working with various organizations in the early childhood education sector to expand our offerings and provide even more valuable resources. Stay tuned as we continue to grow this initiative!
CHILD CARE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
Discounts for Child Care Management Software (CCMS) to help run your child care business more efficiently and effectively can also be found on the Shared Services web page. Zero to Five Montana will provide training and focused technical assistance on some of the most popular CCMS systems being used across the state, stay tuned for training dates!
