Open since 1989, Evergreen Kids Corner Preschool, a non-profit, was experiencing low enrollment and they needed to revamp their marketing to create a cohesive brand to attract clients. They also had negative cash flow and were in an insufficient cash position.
MCCBC worked with Evergreen Preschool to implement a sales strategy to increase engagement with referral sources, conducted comprehensive digital marketing audit to streamline name, visuals, and presentation online and provided messaging feedback to diversify how the organization talked to different groups of constituents.
