What: Ready to Lead Academy with the McCormick Center for Early Childhood Leadership
When: Virtual Session May 15, In-person Sessions May 20-22

Who: Center Directors and/or Assistant Directors
This leadership academy is focused on the needs of center directors. Topics include: the power of self-awareness and reflection, understanding your leadership style, transitioning from peer to supervisor, productivity and prioritizing tips. Participants will engage in interactive, in-person learning while networking with other administrators.
