Montana Child Care Business Connect’s Program Excellence and Administration Knowledge (PEAK) small group coaching cohort focuses on improving the business administration practices of your program!

PEAK cohorts are based on a participant’s licensed or registered program type. In PEAK for Family-Group, ideal participants are home-based, single site Family-Friend-Neighbor (FFN), Family (F), or Group (G). Multi-site or commercially located Family or Group programs are better suited for our PEAK for Centers cohorts. PEAK for F/G utilizes McCormick Center’s Business Administration Scale Second Edition (BAS-2).

6:00 – 7:30 p.m. via Zoom

⭐ Good to Know:
Participants who attend all six sessions and complete all required homework assignments will earn 16 ECP credits.
